A native of the Atlanta area, Gretchen received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University in 2003 and worked in software sales upon graduation.  In 2004, Gretchen transitioned into the event planning industry by serving as the Events Coordinator at a local country club, gaining experience in the planning and execution of events.

After deciding she needed a change of scenery from her native Atlanta, Gretchen and her husband moved to Nashville in 2007. With both sales and event planning experience, Gretchen joined the Destination Nashville team in 2008 as Sales Assistant and was recently promoted to Project Manager.

When she is not working, Gretchen enjoys cooking, baking, playing soccer, traveling and trying out new restaurants in Nashville!
