REBECCA L. REED
Operations Manager

A native of Nashville, Rebecca graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2008. While majoring in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, Rebecca was a member of All Campus Events where she planned University events and interned with Knoxville Tourism and Sports Corporation as a Client Services intern. Rebecca gained DMC experience in the hospitality industry when she interned with Destination Nashville in 2007.  As a Destination Nashville Operations intern, Rebecca was an integral part of the team assisting with on-call staff and event management.

After graduating, Rebecca began her professional career as a Conference Coordinator with Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. During those two years she gained extensive knowledge of the meeting and convention industry by working closely with meeting planners, vendors and all hotel departments to ensure a successful conference. She attends MPI meetings and Nashville Hospitality Networking Group (NAHNG) gatherings in the Nashville area. Rebecca is excited to bring her passion and knowledge to the Destination Nashville team.
